SWIPESKINS INC.
SwipwSkins a company specializing in converting plastic bank cards into metal luxurious cards, the primary objective was to create a user-friendly platform that enables clients to effortlessly design their cards without overlapping elements while maintaining a clean and sharp aesthetic. Simultaneously, the goal was to facilitate the work of graphic designers by providing them with a streamlined and easily convertible design that could be accurately laser-engraved onto the metal card. One of the main challenges faced was striking the right balance between offering a wide range of customization options for clients while ensuring the design remained visually coherent and within the constraints of the laser engraving process. By conducting extensive research and user testing, we were able to identify pain points and refine the user interface to simplify the design process. Through collaborative efforts with the graphic designers, we established clear guidelines and templates that allowed for efficient translation of digital designs into laser-ready files, ensuring accurate and flawless execution on the metal cards. The project successfully addressed the complexities of designing for both user-friendliness and production requirements, resulting in an intuitive platform that empowers clients and supports graphic designers in delivering clean and precisely engraved metal card designs.

First goal is to Provide a design platform that will help customers who are not familiar with design options to create and submit their designs using easy and simple steps.
Second Objective was to deliver clean and simple designs to the graphic design team with no need to go back to customers to finalize their designs
Third objective is have a system that will allow us to follow up orders, payments as well as keeping track of discount codes, gift cards and other marketing goals.
In my UX portfolio, I consider the thoughtful implementation of greying out certain options and incorporating popup notifications as essential elements in creating a seamless and user-friendly experience. These design choices demonstrate my commitment to enhancing user interactions and improving overall usability. By greying out unavailable options, I communicate effectively with users, reducing confusion and ensuring they can make informed decisions. Additionally, the strategic use of popup notifications showcases my focus on providing timely and relevant information, guiding users through their journey effortlessly. These design techniques exemplify my dedication to user-centricity and demonstrate how I prioritize clarity and intuitive interactions in all my UX studies. Alongside the screenshots of my UX studies shared with developers, these insights serve as a testament to my expertise in crafting meaningful connections between users and products, leaving a lasting impression on every interaction.
Small details like icon sizes, spacing, font styles, and interactive elements may seem trivial, but they directly impact the final user experience. When these aspects are not properly communicated or understood, the end result may deviate from the intended design, leading to inconsistencies, usability problems, or even a complete disconnect between the visual representation and functionality.
